watermelon mostly contain about 92% of water but filled with alot of nutrients. watermelons contains significant amount of vitamin A, B6, lycopene ,folate, antioxidants and amino acids.there is also presence of moderate amount of potassium, phosphorus,zinc,copper etc.
benefits of watermelon are;
