gulabi gang is a women empowerment group in India. it is a movement formed by Sampat Pal Devi in Uttar Pradesh in the northern part of India. gulabi gang is also known as the pink gang because the women dress in brightly colored saris and weird bamboo stick.
this gang stands for justice and the members punishes oppressive husband, fathers, brothers, and the fight domestic violence.
the members will accost a male offender and tried to make them see reasons,the serious offenders were publicly shamed if they refuse to listen and relent
the women will fuse their brooms or lathis if the male offender tend to use force
