sometime last month I went to visit a dentist because I want to whiten my teeth, I went to make inquiry about the process, the dentist checked and teeth and during the examination, he discovered that am having two teeth with holes. and that am required to filled although i was not feeling any pain at that time or any sensitivity problems but it was of utmost importance that i fill my teeth.
this was the main reason why i want to know want caused it;

- filling of holes or cavity in tooth or teeth is required; this will prevent the deposit of food particles which lead to further tooth decay
- brushing your teeth twice daily
- use fluoride containing toothpaste
- in severe cases of bacteria infection dentist can prescribe antibiotics
- regular dental check you is encourage
